Delivery Costs

Delivery costs
We aim to provide the highest possible standards of service. We presently ship all our orders by Royal Mail (First Class). Most deliveries are next day delivery provided the order is received by 2pm on the day of shipping (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be processed but will not be shipped until the Monday.

The UK postage & packing charge is £2.50 for orders under £10, and £1.95 for orders over £10. This delivery charge covers all areas of Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Orders to the Channel Islands will incur our European postal rate.

International rates:
We have increased the number of destinations we ship to and the postage and packaging price is dictated by the location.
International delivery costs are either £9.99 or £14.99 up to 2 kilo in weight.

If the order exceeds the allowed weight we will contact the customer to advise of the correct postage rate.
We will not be liable to you if Royal Mail fail to deliver your purchased goods whether in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you have supplied your email address, we will confirm receipt of your order. If for some reason you do not receive your order within 10 days please call us on 01624 825812.

Delivery Schedule
Our stock levels are usually 90 - 95%. However should an item be out of stock we can usually obtain the product for you within 5 to 7 working days. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please contact us. If the product cannot be obtained within 10 working days you will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel or to choose an alternative.

Items that are in stock are processed ASAP - often the same day if the order is received before 2 pm. Orders received after 2 pm are processed but we cannot guarantee shipping until the next working day.

Deliveries are subject to the abilities of the Post Office and although many orders are received the next working day, you should allow 5 working days for delivery especially if it is a large parcel. During the Christmas period orders can be sometimes delayed.

Our online store is open 24/7. Our delivery schedule is governed by the post office hours and they are open 5 days a week. Please consider Public Holiday closing.
Orders received after 1pm on Friday and all orders received during Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

International orders are generally received in 7 - 9 working days.
