Each level tablespoonful of Solgar Psyllium Seed Husks Powder provides: 
• Psyllium Husk Fibre approx. 5.8 grams. 
• No excipients. 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Solgar Psyllium Seed Husks Powder: 
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) level teaspoon (approx. 5.8 grams) daily with a minimum of 225ml (8 fl.oz) juice or liquids, preferably in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. 

CAUTION: A very small percentage of individuals who are occupationally exposed to pyllium dust or powder may develop a sensitivity to pysllium. This sensitivity may result in an allergic reaction.
